How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on where your order was shipped from. If your order was shipped from one of our international warehouses, you can expect a delivery time of 6-10 days. Processing time takes 1-2 days.

What should I do if my package does not arrive?

If your package does not arrive within our current timeframes, please understand that sometimes delays may occur which are beyond our control. We can assure you that your package is on its way to you and that you will receive it.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you have entered incorrect information with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to change it for you, but there is no guarantee as we ship our orders very quickly.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number to track your order. If you have not received this email, it means that your order has not yet been shipped. To track your order, place your tracking number in the "Track Your Order" section of our website. If you have any questions, please contact us.

What should I do if I do not receive an order confirmation email/SMS?

This means 1 of 2 things:

1) you have entered an incorrect contact person on your order.

2) There was an error in our system.

Contact Us with information such as your full name or address so that we can locate your order and resend the confirmation.
